Knit Jubilant celebrates creativity, whether it’s spending time in nature, appreciating the works of others, or teaching and encouraging people to engage in the creative process. It is also a log of discovering what it means to be a creative being.

Becoming a mother has been the most creative thing I’ve done, and it is an ongoing creation, as I aim to help the young people entrusted to me to learn all they need to know and all they want to know, and to shower them with love every day. Photo credit to Lindsey Wilber Photography
The name “Knit Jubilant” is a nod to Psalm 139:13-14, from The Old Testament scripture, as well as a call to be joyful- jubilant- creations ourselves.
“For you created my inmost being;
you knit me together in my mother’s womb.
I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made;
your works are wonderful, I know that full well.” (Psalm 139:13-14, NIV)
